1、MD是按照CBY的算例算得，但是由于昨晚出现粒子溢出问题，今天又在尝试计算看有没有溢出现象，结果100万和300万步都没有出现问题，有点纳闷，还是不知道出现了什么问题，对于输出部分粗略的看了看，基本上还是比较清楚的，只是算一个算例需要300万步，还不知道是否收敛，等计算结果的时间太长了，因此，要想办法解决这个问题，尽快验证程序的正确性，并开始着手并行程序的编写。
回复删除2、开题ＰＰＴ逐步细化调整，做了比较大幅度的修改，形成3rd version。还有一些具体东西需要补充，增强信心，这个部分需要和文献整理以及开题报告内容相匹配充实，这就是下一步工作。
3、开题报告没有动。
4、英语由于有人在实验室，所以只是听了美语发音技巧，找到费曼的一个视频和对应文字，感觉很好，应该把这个作为范本熟悉，还有英语900句，另外，找到了一些新的法语和俄语资料，都很不错，为以后做准备。
5、没有读俄语。
依然感觉不错，但有的时候还是效率不是很高，应该继续投入。干劲很足，是好事！加油！
